Very expected game when 47th ranked GermanHWKT (1-7) was crushed by second ranked British Myerscough (7-1) 122-48 on Saturday. The game without a history. Myerscough led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to HWKT 's 30. Myerscough forced 26 HWKT turnovers and outrebounded them 69-30 including a 35-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Myerscough looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by HWKT 's players. The best player for the winners was center Zachariah Trezvant (217-2007) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Solomi Laditan-Adebiyi (-2006) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds. Five Myerscough players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Raphael Kirschner (188-2007) who recorded 16 points and 5 rebounds and Leo Staffler added 9 points respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Myerscough have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-1 record having just three point less than leader Alicante, which they share with Prievidza. HWKT lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the 48th place with seven games lost. They share the position with Admirals.
